Allstaff Office Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work with our client, a well established organisation based in Hillington.
The ideal candidate will be a professional individual who can deliver excellent customer service whilst working within a fast paced role.
The job duties are as follows:
- Updating sales order systems, ensuring all information is accurate and meets customer requirements
- Dealing with all customer enquiries regarding deliveries, pricing and supplies
- Working closely with various departments across the business ensuring delivery schedules are met.
- Providing client quotes whilst ensuring profitability within the business
- Managing late and current backlog of orders and updating customers throughout the process
Successful candidates will be proficient in all Microsoft packages including Excel and will be available for an immediate start.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30-3.30pm
