Allstaff office division are looking to take on a temporary administrator for our client based in Hillington.
The suitable candidate should be available for an immediate start and have a passion for great customer service.

- Preparing despatch documentation
- Providing confirmation of despatch
- Strong communications skills
- Fully proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel and and Word
- High level of customer service
- General administration
- Strong time management
- Photocopying and filing
This role will be working in a fast paced environment and the client is looking for someone who is a problem solver, highly motivated and can work well under pressure.
The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and the role is for 6 months.
