Allstaff office division are seeking a Temporary Accounts assistant, who is available to start immediately to join our client, a well established company based within Thornliebank.
We are looking for a professional individual with excellent communications skills, who is well organised and can work well both independently and within a an office team.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Electronic filing and updating systems
- Deal with supplier queries
- Deal with high volume Purchase order’s and invoices
- General administration
- Experience of using Sage 50
The successful candidate must have strong IT skills, have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, possess excellent problem solving skills and hold a high level of attention to detail.
The hours of work will be a choice of three days between Monday and Thursday 8am – 4.30pm and the salary is £10.00 per hour
