Allstaff office division are currently seeking to for a strong administrator with our client based in Barrhead.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a temporary basis but has the opportunity to go perm for the right candidate. Great knowledge of Microsoft packages are required for this role along with these other attributes –
- General reception and administration duties
- Sales ledger experience preferred but not essential
- Experience of invoicing
- Purchase order experience
- Data entry and updating spreadsheets
- Good communication between different departments
- Great customer experience
The hours are Monday-Friday 8.45am-4.45pm totalling a 37.5 hour working week.
