Allstaff Office Division are currently recruiting for an Order Processor/ Installation Coordinator to work with our client based in Ayrshire on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working within the Double Glazing industry and have a working knowledge of the system Window Designer.
Job duties are as follows:
- Answering all customer calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Processing window and doors orders
- Preparing quotations for both clients and customers
- Managing installation programs
- Checking and maintaining stock levels
- Liaising with clients and suppliers on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of the double glazing sector, be confident with all Microsoft packages including excel, have good communication and customer service skills and have the ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment.
