Allstaff Office Division have an immediate requirement for a Temporary Administrator to work with our busy client based within Inchinnan.
The client is looking for a strong administrator who is advanced in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
The working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm, although there could be some flexibility to this.
The ideal person would have a background in a administration and or Purchasing with the experience in the following –
- Advanced in Excel – creating and updating spreadsheets
- Purchasing/Procurement experience
- Carrying out administrative tasks
- High level of customer service
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Salary is dependent on experience
