Allstaff Glasgow Are recruiting Receptionists/Administrators for a variety of short term assignments around Glasgow. In particular for Rutherglen, Mount Vernon, Milingavie and city centre.
We require candidates who are available for an immediate start, are flexible with working hours and have excellent telephone skills and previous customer service experience.
We have day shift, evening shift and weekends available so whether you are looking for days, weekends and or evenings, please do get in touch.
- Duties will include –
- Answering and transferring calls when required
- Welcoming clients/customers to the the premises
- Ensuring the reception is clean and tidy
- Carrying out mail duties
Previous reception/administration experience is beneficial
