Allstaff Office Services require an experienced Recruitment Administrator to work with our client based in Clydebank.
The purpose of this role is to support the recruitment department through a very busy period, helping to reduce the workload and manage all paperwork.
Candidates must have previous recruitment experience and be available on an a temporary basis between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
The Role: ·
- Processing job application forms
- Obtaining references
- Maintaining an efficient filing system
- Applying for and processing returned Disclosure check’s
- Update in house systems
- Working to a fast and efficient pace
- A keen eye for detail
- General administration and use of Microsoft packages
