Allstaff office division are seeking for an Internal sales Administrator based at our established client based in Hillington.
This is a great temporary opportunity and for the right candidate could become permanent. If you are a strong administrator with good Microsoft knowledge and a internal sales back ground please get in touch! The key skills that we are looking for the candidate to have are –
- Great customer service as you would be the first point of contact for the business via
email, phone and website
- Inputting orders and directing them to the correct departments
- Assessing the order quantity from initial enquiry
- Updating systems
- For smaller orders – deal with them from ordering, processing to completion
- Maintaining stock levels of samples and marketing materials
- Working in a team
- Issuing warranties or guarantees after completion
The pay rate is £20,000 the hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch. Interested please send you CV.
