Allstaff Office Division are recruiting for an experienced administrator to work with our client based within the Govan area of Glasgow. This is a temporary position and the hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 3.45pm.
The role will be based within the Warehouse therefore successful candidate must have the ability to work well and accurately within a fast paced environment.
Job duties are as follows:
- Producing picking paperwork
- Updating delivery notes
- Managing goods out
- Ensuring stock levels are up to date
- Providing customers with proof of delivery
- Providing relevant test certifications
- General administration duties
