Manufacture your own future with these Manufacturing Roles

(Production Manager & Production Supervisors)

We are delighted to report that our clients in the Manufacturing sector continue to thrive with many of them reporting excellent performance during 2017.  Confidence in the sector is high which has also led to a very busy start to 2018 for Allstaff.

It is also encouraging that many of the roles we are currently seeking to fill are not only for temporary positions, clients are also recruiting permanent full-time staff.  Barely a week into 2018 and we are already recruiting for 2 Production Supervisors and 1 Production Manager.  For these particular positions, we are keen to speak to candidates who have a strong manufacturing background and who are passionate about delivering service excellence, who can bring both knowledge and energy and a genuine understanding of working within an organisation that is driving by Continuous Improvement.  The roles are based in Renfrewshire, therefore, they are ideally situated for anyone living in Ayrshire, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde or indeed the central belt.

Why Continuous Improvement is important to you…

We see one common factor with our successful clients – they are committed to Continuous Improvement. In our experience, these are the companies that also encourage and actively support personal development. So, these vacancies offer enormous potential for advancement for candidates who appreciate the concept of Continuous Improvement – both for themselves, and the businesses.

And perhaps it’s no coincidence that they have chosen Allstaff for their recruitment solutions; Continuous Improvement is high on our own agenda, evident in our database upgrade. This significant investment improves the process of recording in line with legislative requirements for both candidates and clients. More significantly, the new system’s range of sophisticated automation options delivers even greater efficiency and better communication. We are also confident the system’s enhanced back office functions will save time which in turn will accelerate our drive towards “delivering service excellence”.

We have made these significant investments because, like our clients, we recognise the benefits of creating a of culture Continuous Improvement – not only in equipment and processes, but also in our people. Our clients are seeking people with a similar attitude of continued self-development and the energy to take an active role in the development of the business, do you meet their expectations?.
