What was your dream job as a child?
My dream job as a child was to be a TV host/Interviewer. When I got my first video camera, I remember interviewing all my family and friends haha.
What has your career journey been like so far?
My career journey has been varied so far. I studied Psychology and always thought I would get a job directly related to my degree. However, during the pandemic, I took a job with a construction company which was not for me. However, I now feel like I have found a job that is a good fit for me with Allstaff.
Have you always wanted to be in recruitment?
I did not always know I wanted to work in recruitment. However, I always knew I wanted to be in a job where I was helping people and I have found with recruitment it can be very positive helping clients and candidates.
What has been your biggest success (personal or work-related)?
My biggest success would be graduating with my honours degree last year and finding this job which I really enjoy. I have also been volunteering with children who have lost a parent and found the program to be very helpful for the children.
How are you finding working at Allstaff?
I have found working at Allstaff to be great so far. All the staff are really kind, and I enjoy my time at work. Helping out with resourcing and speaking with potential candidates has been something I have really enjoyed.
Tell us something interesting…
Interesting facts about me – I enjoy painting and I am currently getting into skiing. My boyfriend and I spend a lot of time out on his boat and like to travel around Scotland. This year we did the north coast 500 in my Mini which was a really fun and different holiday for me. I really enjoy trying new things.

I am a big fan of a local singer called Cara rose, I love all her songs.
Favourite place you have travelled to UK or abroad?
In the UK would be Aviemore, I have a great time every time I am there. Abroad – I once went to Honolulu in Hawaii which lived up to my expectations.
What words would you use to describe yourself?
