Ryan is responsible for our Industrial Division, managing high volume client requirements, setting up bespoke client inductions and management reports.  A successful Account Manager with strong commercial and business development expertise.

Gillian is responsible for our Office Personnel Division, looking after both temporary & permanent sectors from our Paisley branch.  Gillian is a highly competent Recruiter/Manager with a great level of success in permanent recruitment.  Gillian manages 2 experienced temporary controllers.

Vhairi is responsible for temporary recruitment for our Office Personnel Division.  Vhairi is experienced in both high-volume (peak call centre) and smaller bespoke requirements.

Gordon looks after the day-to-day requirements of our Industrial Division – both high volume and small bespoke requirements.  Offering over 10 years recruitment experience with an emphasis on client account management.

Graham looks after the day to day requirements of our industrial division – both high volume and small bespoke requirements.  Experienced in supplying a wide range of un-skilled industrial support, with 5+ years recruitment experience.

Karen assists the 3 company directors and their teams by managing the general administration of the whole business, producing management reports & presentations, handling all confidential correspondence and ensuring we are fully compliant with all ISO9001:2015 quality processes.

 

 

 

Alison Malcolm

Finance & Compliance Administrator

Alison is now based in our Finance Department and is responsible for processing payroll, producing weekly finance reports, creating and updating bespoke management reports and supporting on all compliance projects.

Gina Morgan

Branch Administrator – Glasgow

Gina looks after all administration within the Glasgow branch, meeting and greeting candidates and ensuring both candidates and clients are well looked after by producing all external correspondence on behalf of the branch.

Ruth runs our Finance Dept ensuring all our temporary staff get paid on time and all our accounts are settled on time.  Ruth has over 12 years experience with Allstaff and runs an efficient “get it right first time” department!

Receptionist

Zoe is our Receptionist and is responsible for supporting the admin dept with all general day to day activities as well as meeting and greeting all visitors to reception.
