Allstaff Office Division is recruiting for experienced Project Coordinators to work with our client who is based in the Southside of Glasgow.
Successful candidates must possess excellent IT skills and strong customer service experience.
This is a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
Rate of Pay – £9.00 per hour
The duties for this role are as follows:
- Answering all incoming calls within desired time frame and taking messages.
- Providing general administration support to the management team when required.
- Preparing customer quotations
- Requesting sub-contractors’ orders
- Arranging cost effective site access for third parties
- Updating client tracking systems accurately
- Prepare and produce health and safety documentation and client files
- Produce client packs
- Supply job cost analysis as requested
