Allstaff is currently recruiting for our Head Office based in the heart of Paisley Town Centre.

Our business is going through an exciting period of change and we are looking to add to our Administration Department. We seek an individual with previous administration experience, who can multi-task, coupled with excellent communication skills who can work in a fast-paced role, sometimes under pressure. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and as the face of the organisation it is vital you have a warm, welcoming personality. Great PC skills are essential although we are happy to train for the right individual.

Duties include:

  • Answering and transferring calls on a busy switchboard
  • Taking accurate telephone messages
  • Booking appointments/diary management
  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Welcoming visitors, ensuring correct application packs are completed and checked
  • Updating our database, adding new candidates, reference checking and running reports
  • Typing word documents, creating excel spreadsheets
  • Collating temporary workers time sheets

This is a very busy fast-paced role where accuracy is essential.
