Gillian Graham has invested 17 years in Allstaff, rising to the position of Director, where she oversees the Office and Professional Services, Engineering, and Manufacturing Permanent Divisions.

With a hands-on approach to recruitment, Gillian is passionate about building strong client relationships and has been instrumental in connecting top talent with client needs. Her transparent and solution-focused approach ensures that businesses receive exceptional service across all divisions.

Holding a Graduate Certificate in Law, Gillian brings a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, particularly in the manufacturing sector. She specialises in sourcing mid-to senior-level permanent staff; ie Production Managers, Health and Safety Managers and Engineering Managers.

Her commitment to truly understanding a client’s business, pain points, and culture allows her to find candidates who not only meet skill requirements but also align perfectly with company values—saving clients time and the cost of repeated hiring cycles.

Gillian believes in the power of personal connections and takes the time to visit clients on-site, engaging in open and honest conversations to tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
