Hi, I’m Beth, I’m new to Allstaff and have been working as a Recruiter for Temporary Roles in the Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics department since August 2023.
Before working at Allstaff I achieved an LLB Bachelor of Law degree and worked as a Shift Manager at McDonald’s.
I have applied my previous customer service experience in to recruitment for Allstaff, when working with both candidates and clients I strive to ensure the best outcome is achieved for both the candidate and the client. Working in the Temporary division is fast-paced and no day is ever the same as we work to fill jobs as quick as we can whilst ensuring the candidate is the correct fit for the job. I find the role very rewarding and enjoy the process of finding candidates the right job and finding the clients the correct candidate.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family and going to festivals and on holidays.
