Allstaff Manufacturing and Warehouse division are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator. These roles are based in the Shieldhall area and are long term positions. The hours of work for the role are:

(Whilst in Training)Weekly Rotational:

Early Shift Monday to Thursday 05:48 – 14:00 & Friday 05:48 – 12:00

Back Shift Monday to Thursday 13:48 – 22:00 & Friday 11:48 – 18:00

Once Completed Training:

NIGHTSHIFT Monday to Thursday 21:48-06:00 & Friday 17:48 – 00:00

Your duties will meet the operational needs of the production team. This may include the below:

  • Setting Up Machines: Preparing equipment for daily use by configuring settings, loading materials, and ensuring safety checks are completed.
  • Operating Machinery: Running and supervising machines during production to ensure they function efficiently and safely.
  • Monitoring Output: Keeping an eye on the production process to check for inconsistencies, defects, or any issues that might impact quality.
  • Conducting Quality Checks: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
  • Recording Data: Logging production data such as output levels, machine performance, and downtime, either manually or using digital systems.
