Reporting to: Quality Excellence Manager Location: Bridge of Weir, Renfrewshire
Our client are a global manufacturing business focused on delivering high-performance interior and seating solutions across a range of industries. With a strong focus on innovation, quality and continuous improvement, they support customers worldwide through advanced manufacturing and collaborative partnerships.
This is a visible, shop-floor focused role that works closely with Operations, Quality, Technical and Training teams to ensure quality standards are understood, followed and consistently achieved. The role will spend the majority of time on the manufacturing floor, observing process performance, coaching colleagues, identifying risks early and supporting teams to make the right decisions for product quality.
With the goal to make quality part of the business DNA, the Quality Performance Lead will provide practical leadership, encouraging and supporting individuals to ensure quality is an instinct that guides every decision, visible in every action, and present from first thought to final product.
The Quality Performance Lead is a role model for quality standards, ensuring quality is at the heart of everything they do.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
37-hour working week, day shift Monday to Friday, flexible between the hours of 8am – 5.30pm with a 30-minute break each day.
Employment Type: Temporary, Full Time
Required Experience: 12 months
