Quality Technician

Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Quality Technician based in Johnstone.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Quality Technician to join a busy manufacturing environment on a full-time temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous quality and manufacturing experience looking to contribute to a well-structured production setting where standards and compliance are key.

Key Activities:

• Carrying out compliance checks in line with internal and industry standards
• Conducting calibration of measuring and testing equipment
• Recording and maintaining accurate quality documentation
• Analysing quality data and reporting findings to relevant departments
• Supporting investigations into non-conformance and implementing corrective actions
• Performing inspections of materials, components and finished goods
• Assisting with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring adherence to health & safety and quality procedures at all times

Experience Required:

• Previous quality experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to strict standards
• Comfortable handling data and producing accurate reports
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

This is a full-time, onsite role working Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 4:30pm.

Salary: £13.23 to £14.62 per hour dependent on level of experience
