Carol is a skilled Resourcer with over 20 years of recruitment experience across various fields. She originally joined Allstaff on a part-time basis in 2013 and has since become an integral part of the team.
With a Diploma in Management Studies and a Diploma in Personnel Management, along with membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Carol brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
Specialising in resourcing for permanent positions, Carol focuses on general administration and finance roles. She is dedicated to building strong candidate pipelines while ensuring that placements align with both client expectations and candidate potential. Carol’s keen instinct for identifying high-caliber applicants, combined with her commitment to ethical recruitment practices, ensures that all candidates are treated with fairness and respect.
Supporting her senior colleagues, Carol plays a crucial role in screening candidates and providing essential administrative support. She maintains the highest standards in every aspect of her work, striving to match the right candidates with the right opportunities.
Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with her grown-up children, being outdoors, and socialising with friends.
