Since assuming full leadership in 2018, Carolyn has been instrumental in driving the business forward, transitioning it to an employee-owned model that has achieved an impressive growth in its first year.

Known for cultivating long-term client relationships—some spanning over two decades—Carolyn is also a key member of the Professional Services Committee for the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), where she advocates for excellence and ethical standards in the recruitment industry.

Having started her career as a temporary worker, Carolyn understands both the challenges and opportunities involved in the job search process. This hands-on experience fuels her commitment to treating people with respect, fostering trust, and maintaining transparency.

Passionate about continuous improvement, Carolyn leads a progressive team culture built on integrity, teamwork, and delivering exceptional results for candidates and clients.

Outside of her professional achievements, Carolyn values her family and her health. She is married to Bob and is a proud mum to two young adults, Charlotte and Grant. She also enjoys caring for her 91-year-old mother, who continues to inspire her daily. To stay balanced and energized, Carolyn embraces an active lifestyle with circuits, Pilates, and nightly walks.
