I’m Gordon and I’m currently a service delivery specialist. 

I joined Allstaff in 2014 and I have worked across various contracts before moving to the Paisley office in 2016 to assist in the servicing of our varied local clients. 

I am involved in staff shift planning and resourcing for the manufacturing, warehouse and logistics divisions as well as dealing with many high volume clients. I also provide detailed financial and absence reports for our clients on request. I have built a strong knowledge of the local candidate base and a firm understanding of the requirements of our clients. 

Prior to my career at Allstaff, I worked as an internal Recruitment Manager, Initially employed as part of the management team responsible for the volume recruitment of production staff, as dictated by the client’s operational requirements.

Additional responsibility to ensure Service Level Agreements were met in the recruitment process and absence management. Collation and presentation of Management Information using Excel and Powerpoint. Direct involvement in sustaining and development of client and partnership relationships.

I received a Manpower UK ‘Top Achiever’ award in recognition of the work carried out in relation to volume recruitment.

Outside of work, I like to spend time with family including my 2 grandchildren.  I spend a lot of time listening to music and play some guitar.
