Jake Crawford brings a decade of recruitment experience, specialising in temporary and contract staff throughout our core divisions.

He has successfully managed both national and local accounts, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that prioritise understanding the needs of both clients and candidates. Holding a Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) Level 3, Jake combines his strong market knowledge with a fast, problem-solving approach to provide quality candidates, even for emergency cover and shift requirements.

Committed to exceptional client service, Jake ensures every client receives the same level of attention, whether it’s short-term, long-term, or project-based work. He also takes the time to support candidates throughout the recruitment process, helping them prepare for interviews and addressing their individual needs.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and dog, playing football, golfing, and running.
