Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Administrator, on behalf of our client based in Kilmarnock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls
  • Manage and respond to email correspondence
  • Print and file documentation
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks
  • Prepare and send quotations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, small office environment
  • Multitask across a variety of administrative duties

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 3pm (40.5 hours a week)

This is a temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent.
