Allstaff are delighted to be recruiting for Event Cleaners to support our client a leading facilities management company, at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a live sporting experience, working for a fabulous business who offers many more opportunities across Scotland throughout the year. Work is available from 7th July – 13th August or you can just join for the Games Time (24th July – 2nd August).

You will be working as part of a professional team who will carry out cleaning duties to help maintain a clean and welcoming environments for spectators, athletes, and staff. Duties will include:

• Litter picking across spectator and outdoor zones
  • Emptying, rotating and replenishing bins
  • Cleaning and servicing toilet facilities
  • Sweeping, mopping and maintaining concourses & stairways
  • Seat cleaning across stands and public areas
  • Supporting general waste and recycling operations
  • Other cleaning or hygiene duties as required

Locations:
• Tollcross International Swimming Centre G32
• Scotstoun Stadium G14

Shift Patterns:
• Work available for Pre & Post Event starting from 7th July – 13th August (0800-2000, 0500-1500, 1400-0100)
• Part time and full time options available

Ideal Candidate:
• Availability for Games Time (24th July – 2nd August) is essential for all applicants
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Positive and team focused attitude
• Able to work in fast paced environments
• Must have valid photo ID (Passport or Driving License) for accreditation

• £13.45 per hour – Dayshift (Real Living Wage)
