Allstaff Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client based in Inchinnan to recruit an Order / Project Management Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career. The role will begin with Document Control, Administration and Expediting, with full training and support provided. There is genuine opportunity for career progression within the team as experience develops.
The Role: • Provide administrative support across document control and order management. • Liaise with internal teams to ensure projects and orders run efficiently. • Creating and producing customer documents and certifications. • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
The Candidate: • Hard-working, organised and eager to learn. • IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Previous experience using an ERP system would be beneficial. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • A great team player with a positive attitude. • Ideally local to Inchinnan, as the site can be difficult to access without a car.
Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday: 8.30am – 3.30pm (36.5 hour working week)
Work Arrangement: Initially onsite, 5 days per week for training and team integration. Following a successful probationary period, hybrid working may be available.
Location: Inchinnan
