Production Line Operator

Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Production Line Operator.

Allstaff manufacturing division are currently looking for Production line operators to join our client on a rotational shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and quality checking materials on the production line, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Location: Inchinnan

Shift pattern is a weekly rotation of early shift and back shift.
Early shift hours: 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday
Back shift hours: 2pm – Midnight (12am) Monday to Thursday
Pay rate: £13.90 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

•   Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow production plans and schedules to ensure targets are met
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet required specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues
• Complete required documentation and record keeping
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work on an early and backshift rotational shift basis
• Excellent communication skills
