Allstaff Permanent Division require an experienced Customer Service Administrator for our client based Thornliebank.
Free parking is on site and hours of work are as follows:
Monday to Friday 8.30am -5pm. Every second Friday you will finish at 2.30pm.
Do you have excellent customer service experience? Are you a great communicator, passionate about providing an excellent service? If so, Allstaff want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Processing customer orders onto inhouse system
- Dealing with enquiries by email and telephone
- Emailing quotations
- Updating reports on excel
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Updating and maintaining customer database
Excellent attention to detail is required coupled with the ability to learn how to operate the in house system.
