Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Customer Services Agent for a well established company based Renfrew, Renfrewshire.
This position is full time 38.75 hours to suit the needs of the business flexible to cover 5 over 6 days to cover holidays and busy periods.
Customer Services Agents are a key point of contact for customers.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in customer service, have excellent listening and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong service focus. You will also be confident working both autonomously and as part of a supportive team.
This is a full time position of five over six days per week, with normal office hours of 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (possibly 3 Saturday shift per year to cover holidays 8-12 noon), to achieve flexibility in working hours to meet customer demand and ability to work additional hours on occasions to cover team holidays is also essential.
