Job Summary
The Operations Manager is essential for the efficient running of the company operations. This role focuses on fostering a positive working culture, ensuring projects are completed on time. Responsibilities include overseeing administration and management processes, as well as supporting staff. You will organize and coordinate office operations, procedures, and facilities to ensure they are effective, efficient, and comply with relevant laws and policies. A thorough understanding of the Data Protection Act is crucial due to the handling of confidential information.

Salary: Up to £32200 pa (for 24 hours) depending on experience Hours: 24 hours per week over three days, however flexibility is offered and alternative working patterns can be considered
