Car Drivers

Allstaff Logistics Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Car Drivers to work for our well known client based at their busy site in Baillieston. Our client has the biggest auction site in Scotland and due to increase in vehicles being received, need additional drivers to start immediately to support with their auctions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday every week.

This is a temporary role with some flexibility available. Candidates should ideally be available to work 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:45am-4.30pm. Flexibility is required for slightly later finishes due to operational needs.

Location: Ballieston

Duties:

• Driving and manoeuvring vehicles safely around a busy auction site.
• Parking vehicles in tight spaces, including reverse parking.
• Maintaining a high level of awareness of surroundings, pedestrians and other vehicles at all times.
• Driving vehicles carefully through showroom and site areas.
• Following site instructions and moving vehicles to designated locations as required.

Candidates should be flexible, as start/finish times may change, and have no more than 6 points on their licence.

Experience Required:

Candidates must have held their driving licence for at least 1 year.
